Dan Weinmann
Dan has been an M&A advisor to business owners for more than 25 years helping them to transition their ownership in a way that fits with what they actually want to do. Working with owners to help determine what is most important to them - value, succession, generational transfers, legacy, growth, etc. He has been able to bring options to the owners' table that other advisors just don't know how to execute.
Dan earned a Bachelors in Psychology and an MBA in Finance, as well as holds securities licenses 24, 7, 63 and 79. He lives in Solon, Ohio with his wife and three children.

Tim Meaney
Tim has over 15 years of middle market M&A and financial advisory experience serving business owners, private equity firms, family offices, and public companies across a variety of industries. Tim works closely with clients during all stages of a transaction to ensure a seamless process and the best possible outcome. His deep transaction experience has included everything from third-party sales, management / partner buyouts, to large corporate carve-outs.
Tim earned a B.A. in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University and holds FINRA securities licenses 7, 63, 86, 87 and 79. He is a Board Director of United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Greater Cleveland and is Co-Chairman of The Alliance of M&A Advisors (AM&AA) Northeastern Ohio chapter. Tim lives in Shaker Heights, Ohio with his wife and two children.

Matt Melago
Matt has been advising founders, entrepreneurs, and families for more than 18 years on M&A transactions that enable the business succession they spend years, sometime decades, preparing to accomplish. He works very intimately with his clients, laying out their options and ensuring they are best positioned to pursue the path that most optimally achieves the goals that are most important to them. Through his many years of advising privately held business owners through third-party sale transactions and internal transfers such as key manager or partner buyouts, he understands the unique challenges that can arise during the process and brings a high level of certainty to his clients that whichever path they choose will result in a successful closing.
Matt earned his B.A. in Business Administration at Duquesne University and holds securities licenses 79 and 63. He is proud to serve as the Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee at the Union Club of Cleveland, a Board Director for City Year Cleveland, and a Member of the Business Advisory Council for Duquesne University. He is also a member of the Programming Committee for ACG, the Exit Planning Exchange (XPX), and the Vistage Trusted Advisor Community.
